   Greetings,

   I am interested in purchasing a stove top espresso maker, possibly the “Bialetti”. However I am interested in a “stainless steel” made not aluminum and I can’t seem to find any. Do you know where I can find one. It’s been my understanding that aluminum grade is not good for our bodies.

   Is Aluminum Safe for Brewing?
   Brewing in aluminum pot is safe and there are studies to proove it.

   There is nothing to be worried about brewing in aluminum pot. If you feel more secure with stainless steel go to see the Vev Vigano Tubo.
